Our clients are mainly, but not exclusively, major financial services organisations, leading companies in European Financial Services, UK FTSE 100 and major Swiss and Belgian multi-nationals. They come to us at times of major strategic change and value the experience we bring and the contribution we make using our portfolio of approaches and techniques. We continually develop and add to this to bring innovative yet tested, practical approaches to transition management.
The JGA approach brings a benefits driven management perspective, focusing on the targeted business outcomes of a planned transition and providing the means by which all involved can align to actually achieve them. We find that this is important wherever the change originates but that it is crucial for IT driven change - to align IT and business strategies and to ensure that IT and the business work together as an intertwined “whole” - efficiently and cost effectively.
